In winter the first high fells that you reach when heading north are surrounded by spectacular snowy scenery with many ski trails. In summer you can explore the hills trekking or mountain biking. Don't miss the view from the top of Iso-Syöte over the open bog of Romesuo to the rolling forested hills beyond.
Suitability: Excellent for families with children and outdoor enthusiasts. The Syöte Visitor Centre and one trail are accessible.
