The wilderness hut is situated on the north shore of Lake Termisjärvi on the west side of a stream which runs into the lake from Salmikuru Ravine. The hut is by the snowmobile track leading to Kilpisjärvi.

A stove. A dry toilet and a woodshed outside the hut.
Notices
Pets are permitted in the hut, but only in case that other visitors agree with it.
There is a reservable wilderness hut for 10 persons in the same building.
Visitors must come prepared with warm clothing, food, drink, maps, compass, orienteering skills and matches. Fog or storms can form in just a few hours. Take also your own toilet paper.
