Welcome to the Finnish Nature Centre Haltia
The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia brings the crown jewels of the Finnish wilderness together under a single roof. It is the gateway to all of Finland's national parks, treating visitors to the pleasures of nature through all five senses. The national treasure of the metropolitan area, the Nuuksio National Park, is just next door with its lakes, forests, valleys, mires and rocks that provide the perfect setting for excursions. Haltia provides high-class event and restaurant services. Haltia's Nature School organizes inspiring trips for schoolchildren to Nuuksio.
Suitability: Ideal for the whole family. Haltia is accessible throughout and has an accessible toilet. A 2 km accessible nature trail is located nearby. Pets are not permitted in the exhibition. Pets are welcome on the restaurants terrace.
